When should we start planning?

The sooner, the better! We recommend reaching out at least 6 months before you want to travel. For major trips, or extensive international adventures, 9–12 months is ideal. We can occasionally accommodate last-minute trips, but planning less than 30–60 days out requires an expedited fee, and options will be more limited.

Can you book my flights?

While many clients prefer to book flights themselves for flexibility, we’re happy to guide you. Some of our travel partners bundle international flights into your itinerary, which we handle. For certain trips, we also have access to an air desk and can book flights for you for an additional fee—whatever makes it easiest for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Each of our partners has its own cancellation policies, which we’ll share when you receive your proposal. Flexibility often depends on how close you are to your departure date. We'll include any applicable cancellation or change policies in your proposal, so you’ll have all the details upfront. Please know that our planning fee is nonrefundable, as it covers time and services already invested in your trip.

When possible, yes. However, many of our partners offer bundled rates that don't break down by component. These exclusive rates help maintain preferred pricing. We’ll always be transparent about the total cost so there are no surprises.
